Junior Riders Summer Camp β Full Program Brochure
Welcome to Junior Riders Summer Camp
Junior Riders Summer Camp is a premier equestrian experience designed specifically for children and youth aged 6 to 17. Set on 120 beautiful acres of rolling countryside, our camp offers professional instruction, well-matched horses, and a community of young riders who share your passion.
Whether your child is picking up reins for the first time or preparing for their first competitive show, we have a program that fits where they are β and takes them where they want to go.
Our Programs
Sprouts (Ages 6β8)
Our youngest riders begin their journey here. Morning sessions focus on ground skills β learning how horses communicate, safe handling, and basic grooming. Afternoon riding sessions are conducted entirely in the arena, with one instructor per two riders. By the end of the week, Sprouts are trotting confidently and absolutely in love with their ponies.
- Morning and afternoon sessions, 3 hours riding per day
- Max 6 riders per group
- All equipment provided
- Weekly: $895 | Two-week: $1,650
Trotters (Ages 9β12)
For riders with some experience, Trotters focuses on developing a balanced seat, independent hands, and clear communication with the horse. Students progress from walk and trot to canter by the end of the session and are introduced to basic pole work and ground gymnastics.

- Own helmet required (must be ASTM/SEI certified)
- Weekly: $975 | Two-week: $1,800
Canters (Ages 12β15)
Intermediate and advancing riders work on collection, transitions, and introduce jumping grids. Riders in this group spend significant time in the cross-country field and compete in an internal show at the end of each two-week session. Horse care and stable management are integrated daily.
- Full-day program, Monday through Friday
- Max 10 riders per group
- Two-week minimum enrollment recommended

Riders in the Gallop program are responsible for full daily care of their assigned horses under instructor supervision.
- Full-day program with evening theory sessions
